The methodology
The data behind this score
The Roost Rating weights AEAM above PAT, plus Roost field research, capped at 95. A missing source has its weight shared across the ones that remain, never counted as a zero. This school got 62.5% survey · 37.5% exams.
This rating comes from two independent sources: how this school’s Grade 6 students did on Alberta’s provincial exams, and the AEAM survey of parents, students, and teachers.
AEAM survey measures · Fall 2025
Each parent, student, and teacher survey measure beside the Alberta average. The verdict is Alberta Education’s own evaluation — it weighs the school’s achievement band and its own trend, so a measure can sit below the Alberta number without a concern or issue flag, or carry one while above it.

Classes and enrolment
Typical class size
- K to Grade 3
- 24Typical for these grades across CBE schools: 22from 16 classes
- Grades 4 to 6
- 21Typical for these grades across CBE schools: 25from 10 classes
Each figure is the middle class size in those grades for 2025/26, among the classes whose sizes are published. A class is one teacher with one group of students, so a group with several teachers counts once per teacher, and in junior and senior high each course section counts. The CBE figure is the middle of every CBE school's own figure for those grades, across Alberta's release.
